Video: Pansy Border Kitty Card
Hello and welcome back! I created a card using our Pansy Border and Kitty Close Up Layering stencils. All supplies are linked below.
I started off by blending our Pansy Border layering stencils onto a horizontal A2 white panel using our Arctic Sky, Periwinkle and Miami Cool dye inks. Then I used Basil Mojito and Vineyard on stencil 4 for the foliage layer. Next I die cut the panel using the coordinating die. The open window looks absolutely gorgeous and will look amazing as a shaker card.
Once the florals were finished, I blended our Kitty Close Up layering stencils using Soft Ash, Crystal Pewter and Smoky Quartz. Then I used our coordinating die to cut out this cutie.
DISCLAIMER: I used version 1 of the die that was sent to me by my manufacturer. This die cuts the kitty out right up to the color line. The official die that is available in the shop will have a slight margin between the color line of your blending and the die cut line.
Next, I positioned our Kitty inside our Pansy Border window and glued him in place. Then, I adhered everything onto a teal background card panel. I added a white rectangular frame to give it a a more polished finish. Next, I added a Congrats sentiment from our Ribbons General Stencils. I finished the card by adding our Blue Black Opaque rhinestones around our florals.
If you have any of our border florals, our Kitty Close Up will look handsome in any one of those florals. I tried a similar card design with our Daisy Border stencils and the card was absolutely adorable.
Thats is all today! I hope you enjoyed the video. Thank you for stopping by!
