Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All shipping options are based on weight.
We currently ship domestically (United States) and to Canada, Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand at this time. If we do not ship to your country, please refer to our list of international retailers to shop our products.

Longer Shipping Fulfillment Period

Starting in 2022, orders will ship within 4-7 business days.  
We offer the following shipping options: 
  • Domestic (U.S.) - 3 to 7* business days. Tracking numbers are provided upon fulfillment of orders. These tracking numbers provide real time tracking status by the USPS. 
  • Canada (USPS and DHL) - delivery estimates depend on destination.
    • As of January 1, 2018, delivery estimates for non- USPS Priority  international orders are approximately 2 to 4* weeks.
    • For non-USPS priority packages, limited tracking numbers are provided upon fulfillment of orders. These limited tracking numbers DO NOT provide real time tracking status. Your international tracking number will provide the date that the postage label was printed. However, limited tracking information will be available until the package is actually delivered.
  • Everywhere else - delivery estimates depend on location. We only ship via DHL outside of North America. Collection of duty/taxes prior to delivery may delay delivery of package.
    • PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER in your order as DHL requires us to put a phone number in their system prior to shipping.
    • If your phone number is not included in your order, this may delay fulfillment of your package.

**All time intervals are delivery estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed as we have no control over the packages once we surrender them to the post office or DHL.** 

**You may choose your shipping options prior to checking out.**  

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMS FEE/DUTY FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES OR SHIPPING FEES. PRIOR TO THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR TAXES/DUTY. THIS IS NOT COVERED IN OUR PRODUCT PRICE OR SHIPPING COST. 

RETURNS

We accept any unopened/unused items within 90 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at hello@thetonstamps.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. 

When we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or store credit MINUS any shipping fees. Shipping fees are not included in any returns or refunds.
