Trio of Poinsettia Cards
Hello, friends!! Brenda here with a trio of poinsettia cards featuring goodies from the latest release!! My mom's birthday is in November and I like to gift her a box of Christmas cards!! I thought I would get a head start on her gift for this year before I put my holiday products away.
My first card features the Poinsettia Border Stencils and Coordinating Die...

I started by stenciling the Poinsettia Border Stencils onto white cardstock with Rosy Peach, Peach Puff, Grapefruit, Strawberry Tart, Beach Blondie, Deep Emerald and Aspen Cocoa inks.

I die-cut the inside of the panel with the Coordinating Die and the second largest die in the Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set was used to cut the outside of the panel. I die-cut a panel of peach cardstock with the largest die in the Doubled Stitched A2 Nested Die Set and adhered the poinsettia panel with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Merry Fancy Script Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Strawberry Tart ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up in the center of the background with foam tape. A sprinkling of Gold Rainbow Opaque Gems was the perfect finishing touch.

My second card features the Postage: Poinsettias Stencil Set...

I began by die-cutting the Postage Party Die from white cardstock. I used the same inks that I used on my first card to stencil the Postage: Poinsettias Stencils onto it, with the addition of Soft Garden and Warm Hazelnut inks.

The second largest Rectangle A2 Nested Die was used to cut a panel of coral cardstock and the largest Double Stitched Rectangle A2 Nested Die was cut from peach cardstock. The panels and the postage die were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Merry Mini Script Stamp Set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with Strawberry Tart ink, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. The same Gold Rainbow Opaque Gems finish this one off.

My third and final card showcases the Prized Poinsettia Stencils...

I stenciled the Prized Poinsettias Stencil Set onto white cardstock twice using the same inks as the first two cards. I used the Coordinating Die to cut them out.

For the background on this one, I die-cut the Single Plaid Coverplate Die from white cardstock and adhered it to an A2 panel of peach cardstock.

The sentiment is from the Merry Fancy Script Stamp Set. I stamped it with Strawberry Tart ink, cut it out with the Coordinating Die and adhered it with foam tape. Once again, the Gold Rainbow Opaque Gems finish off the card.

I just LOVE this color combo!! I can't decide which one is my favorite!! I'm leaning toward the last one. What do you think?
Thanks so much for dropping by today!! Have a terrific Thursday!!
