Hi there crafty friends. Vera here. Today I am showcasing one of my favorite flower border set, the Cosmos Border Layering Stencil. I just love this set and I want to show you how even using the same color you can create fun cards with totally different vibes.

For the card above, I inked up the stencil on a super soft pink cardstock. I like to use soft color cardstock when I want to ink up directly on it to keep the color looking clean and not muddy. Here, I used Soft Orchid, Grand Fuchsia, Lavender, Caribbean Turquoise, Matcha.

For the big birthday sentiment from Kaleidoscope Butterflies and the sentiment underneath from Grouped Fresh Poppies. Finish with some enamel drops. I love the soft, dreamy look of this card.

Now, for my next card, I used white card base. Same color ink and I just adjust the intensity of the color.

I love how I can get totally different vibe simply by switching the background. And, the bold sentiment is from Charming Cosmos set.
