Hello, friends and happy Monday!! Brenda back with another lemon card that I promised you in my last blog post!! This one features the Sweet Citrus Duo Layering Stencils, Holiday Citrus Layering Stencil Set & Coordinating Dies, Minor Stripes Cling Background Stamp and the Sweetheart Word Plate Die Set!!

I began by stenciling the Sweet Citrus Duo Layering Stencils onto opposite corners of a panel of white cardstock with Lemon Drop, Amber Citrine, Honey, Soft Garden, Evergreen, Everglade Moss, Moonlight and Crystal Pewter inks. The Holiday Citrus Stencils were blended onto another panel of white cardstock twice using the same ink colors. They were cut out with the Coordinating Die.

The long side of the background panel was trimmed, then the die-cuts were adhered on the top, right and bottom, left side. The excess was trimmed from the edges. I stamped the Minor Stripes Cling Background Stamp onto a panel of white cardstock with Noir ink. A strip of the striped panel was adhered along the left edge of an A2 card base. I added a narrow strip of black cardstock, wrapped black & white baker's twine around the lemon panel, then adhered it with liquid glue. 

The sentiment was created with the Sweetheart Word Plate Die Set. "You're" was cut from black cardstock and "sweet" was cut once from black cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. They were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue, then added to the front of the card. A sprinkling of Glossy Black Opaque Rhinestones finishes off the card.
