Happy Monday, crafters!! Brenda here with a pair of art cards featuring the Postage Fine Art, Starry Night and Great Wave Stencils!! I'll be honest, I'm not much of a fine art connoisseur and it's been a LONG time since I took an art appreciation course in college, so I used had to look some of these up...LOL!!

My first card features the Postage Fine Art Stencils...

I began by die-cutting the Postage Party Die from white cardstock. I applied the following inks to the die-cut using the Postage Fine Art Layering Stencils:

• Stencil 1: Rosy Peach, Beach Blondie, Cali Blue, Soft Garden
• Stencil 2: Rosy Peach, Peach Blossom, Cali Blue, Soft Garden
• Stencil 3: Warm Hazelnut, Found Topaz, Bright Fern
• Stencil 4: Found Topaz, Smoky Quartz, Deep Emerald
• Stencil 5: Found Topaz, Soft Ash
• Stencil 6: Cobalt Breeze, Lofty Mint, Lipstick Red, Azurite, Cali Blue
• Stencil 7: Azurite, Raw Sea Glass, Wine

I added some postmark images from the Not A Bill Stamp Set with Noir ink.

Next, I die-cut a panel of dark red cardstock with the largest die in the Double Pierced Rectangle A2 Nested Die Set and adhered the postage die-cut to it with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Fine Art Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares. Deep Blue Opaque Gems were the perfect finishing touch.

My second card combines the Starry Night and the Great Wave Stencils on one card...

The Starry Night Stencil was stenciled onto white cardstock with Cali Blue, Azurite, Warm Hazelnut, Found Topaz, Beach Blondie and Peach Blossom inks. I used Cali Blue, Azurite, Warm Hazelnut, Found Topaz and Soft Ash to stencil the Great Wave Stencils onto another panel of white cardstock. The panels were trimmed down, leaving a white border around each. 

For the background on this one, I die-cut the Convention Coverplate Die from royal blue cardstock and adhered it over an A2 panel of royal cardstock with liquid glue. The stenciled panels were adhered with liquid glue, slightly askew.

The Fine Art Sentiments Stamp Set was used on this card, as well. It was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares. Pale Orange Opaque Gems finish this one off.
