Happy Monday, friends!! Brenda back with a sweet kitten card featuring the adorable Hello Kitty Layering Stencil Set!! How adorable is this kitten?!? I'm a dog person myself, but I have several friends and family members who are "cat people"!!

I began by stenciling the Hello Kitty Layering Stencils onto white cardstock with Vanilla Frosted Cupcake, Medallion and Honey inks. I used a black fine-line marker to darken the pupils of the eyes, nostrils and the mouth, then fussy cut around the kitty.

For the background, I die-cut the Diamond Quilted A2 Coverplate Die from black cardstock. The Dome Frames Slim Borders Coverplate was cut from yellow cardstock and two of the frames were adhered to the background with liquid glue. The kitten was also adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Easy Expressions Stamp Set, was stamped with Noir and Honey inks, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. I popped it up to add a little dimension and sprinkled on some Pale Orange Opaque Gems to finish off the card.
