Hydrangea Healing Hugs
Hi there. Vera here. The world is filled with so much uncertainty right now and I find myself trying my best to find peace in my heart through crafting and gardening. When I am crafting I can forget all my trouble for a bit. For my card today, I am showcasing Climbing Hydrangea Layering Stencils.
On purpose I placed the stencil on an angle as I don't want the flower to be straight on the card. I feel like by placing it at an angle it create a livelier vibe. To help with the stencil placement, I just draw a little corner where I laid the 1st stencil and all the stencils that followed after that can be lined up easily. I love mixing color when I do my flowers. Here I used Caribbean Turquoise and Ocean Teal on the inner part of the flower. For the outer side I used mix of Lavender, Wild Berry and Spring Violet. Finally, I used Matcha and Spring Salad for the leaves.

Done with the coloring, I die cut the panel using the largest of the Postage Nested Dies. Then stamped the sentiment from Rose Patch. Adhere the panel to card base and finally I finish the card by adding some enamel drops.

I love the way this card turned out. Teal and purple is just a good combo in my book. Friends, I hope you enjoy today's card. And, I hope you find some times in your week to do something that brings you moment of peace. Till next time. Cheers.
