Hello, friends!! Brenda here with a card featuring the Rose of Sharon Fields Layering Stencil Set from the new anniversary release!!

I began by stenciling the Rose of Sharon Fields Stencils onto a panel of white cardstock with Rose Quartz, Hollywood Star, Rouge, Raspberry, Wine, Olive, Everglade Moss and Cobalt Breeze inks. The stencils leave the stamen of the flowers white, but i added yellow to mine using Copic markers, then went in and added dots with a yellow gel pen. I trimmed the panel to A2 size.

The largest die in the Inner Scallop Nested Die Set was cut from dark red cardstock and adhered to the outside of the floral panel.

The "hello" sentiment is from the Script Word Dies Bundle Set. The top layer was cut once from dark red cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was cut from heavyweight white cardstock three times, then all the layers were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue and added to the background. The "friend" sentiment is from an older stamp set that has been discontinued, but any "friend" stamp would work here. It was white heat embossed onto dark red cardstock and  trimmed into a narrow strip, then popped up with foam tape. A sprinkling of Pale Yellow Opaque Gems was the perfect finishing touch.

I love these rich colors and can't wait to ink up the rest of the Rose of Sharon stencils!!
