A Newbie & An Oldie
Hi there. Vera here with my latest project for The Ton. I have a card featuring one of the new set and another card featuring an older set that is still one of my favorite to this day.
First up this clean and simple one layer card I made using Mum Close Up Layering Stencil.

Isn't this close up mum has such a modern feeling to it? I love it. I literally made this card in 10 minutes. What's not to love about that? I used Jade and Celadon for the flower and then stamped the sentiment from Poppy Wishes with Noir. Sprinkle some dew drops and that's it. Easy peasy.
Now, since I had extra time when I was playing, I decided to make one that's a bit more elaborate using an oldie but goodie, Bonny Blooms. This is one of those set that I used quite a bit throughout the years.

Also, every time I used this set, I get to exercise my Copic markers. With all the ease of using stencil, my Copic been a bit neglected. Honestly some of them have dried tips already. This one I simply stamped the flower, colored with Copic and die cut using Coordinated Bonny Blooms dies. Adhere with foam adhesive for extra texture. Sentiment from another favorite Rose Labels set.

That's all I have for today. Hope you enjoy the two cards and maybe in a small way I inspire you to get some crafty time for yourself this week. Till next time.
